Mrs. McNamara’s reviews are intended both to develop a highly understandable paper and to help your author develop a stronger scientific writing style.

Your reviews will include grammar, spelling, and CONTENT. Comments will be written directly onto a hardcopy of the paper. Figures and captions will be critiqued and corrected. Improvements to logical flow and readability will be suggested as well. When necessary, alternate wording of sentences or paragraphs will be suggested. (However, if major reorganization is required, the author will need to rework that draft.)

Positive as well as negative comments well be included. Beautiful figures, elegant approaches, and exciting data are likely to be noted. Particularly excellent phrasing and well-explained arguments will be complimented.

Reviews will TYPICALLY be completed within 3-5 business days after receipt of your article.

Kerridwen Mangala McNamara has been reviewing journal articles and grant proposals for Dr. Shamus McNamara, his students, and post-docs in the field of MEMS Technology for over fifteen years.

She has been reviewing proposals and contracts for Dr. Suresh K. Bhate in the fields of Electrical Power Engineering and Renewable Energy for over thirty years.

Mrs. McNamara has a Masters of Science degree in Bacteriology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she was enrolled in the Genetics doctoral program and was pursuing a doctoral minor in computer science. Her Bachelor of Science is in Biology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where she minored in Biochemistry, Electrical Engineering, and Political Science.
